How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times vary depending on your location, supplier dispatch times, and the shipping method selected at checkout. Tracking details will be provided when available.

Can I return intimate products?

For hygiene and safety reasons, some intimate products cannot be returned if opened, used, or if the protective seal is broken. Contact us if an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Is my order shipped discreetly?

Yes. All orders are packaged discreetly with no obvious product details on the outer packaging to ensure privacy and confidentiality.
